Job Summary:

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for overseeing and tracking the progress of health initiatives across the district. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring the effective implementation of programs to meet district-wide goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of district-wide health programs and initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to health outcomes and program impact.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve project performance.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with healthcare teams to ensure targets are being met.
  • Prepare detailed reports on monitoring and evaluation findings for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to district health policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Science (MSc.) or a related field.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation of healthcare programs is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
