Job Summary:
The Financial Manager will oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring sound financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The role involves maintaining financial records, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee cash flow, investments, and expenditures to ensure financial health.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of audits, tax filings, and other financial requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com.).
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting.
- Proven experience in financial management or similar roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, Excel).
